Nestor,

There's a 'CCSDS Bundle Protocol Streaming Support Green Book' listed under 6.09 - Delay Tolerant Networking Working Group.   This is the Green Book CURRENTLY being worked by SIS-MIA.  Since it's just a Draft project, can SIS (or the CESG?) unilaterally kill it?

SIS recommends removing this draft project.
