[CESG] Updated WG report to Area template after feedback from WG Chairs

Dear all,

Please find attached a new version.

I got some good comments from WG Chairs. The main changes proposed are as 
follows:

WG Executive Summary shall contain achievements after the meeting. Goals 
for the week are presented at the Plenary by the AD.  If all goals have 
been achieved it will be a copy & paste action.
Resolutions are divided in two parts, i.e.
Resolutions agreed upon this meeting  (and to be approved in real time at 
forthcoming CESG and CMC physical meeting)
Further Resolutions anticipated in the next 6 month
No issues with approved Projects implies no chart
No NWI for next 6 months implies no chart
cut and paste is made not as picture as it allows cut & paste later on, 
which it can be used a lot to prepare other presentations



Please let me have your last feedback (and consider that we are in the 3rd 
iteration)
