Subject:        RE: Proposed Working Group Photographs Schedule

Dear CCSDS Area Directors and Working Group Chairs, 

I apologize for the change in schedule; I was informed that the 
photographer is no longer available on Tuesday due to a scheduling 
conflict. The photographer will now be available on Monday, 4 April 2016 
following the Technical Plenary presentations until 12:00 p.m. 

I have revised the schedule to reflect this change and I apologize for the 
inconvenience due to this change. If you would like your Plenary group to 
obtain a group photograph on Monday, 4 April 2016, then the attached 
schedule is recommended. If not, please let me know. Additionally, there 
are other available times if you would like to organize a working group 
photo.

Subject: [Secretariat] Proposed Working Group Photographs Schedule

Dear CCSDS Area Directors and Working Group Chairs,

Please find the attached proposed working group photographs schedule. The 
photographer has been scheduled for the afternoon of 5 April 2016. 15 
minutes have scheduled for each working group as indicated in the proposed 
schedule. Please send me approval for your working group?s scheduled 
appointment as well as approval for the arrival time of the photographer, 
13:30. Also, if any additional working groups would like to schedule an 
appointment, send your response to me. Please send any requests for a 
change or addition to the schedule no later than this Thursday, 31 March 
2016.
