For the any other business item, I request to add a brief discussion on Time Code B format.   One of the working groups in the cross support services area has identified a minor issue related to what appears to be a requirement to include fractional seconds. I believe that with a very minor revision this requirement can be relaxed and the time code will be more universally applicable and yet also backward-compatible.
