[CESG] RID and Polling System Requirements

You have agreed during the last CESG meeting held on 11th April 2016 in 
Cleveland on the following actions

c.      RID system: BO will distribute the RID requirements before 
starting coding. 
d.      Polling System: BO will distribute the existing requirements.
