I have uploaded Word comparisons (most of the changes shown are spurious
and/or irrelevant). The approval copies do contain change bars at the
location of meaningful changes. The pink sheets themselves
(http://public.ccsds.org/review/default.aspx) probably offer a better view
of the actual changes.

Tom, 
        For SLE docs is there any chance for reviewing only the changes
instead of needing to scroll documents that are usually much more than 100
pages with the risk of overlooking at change bars? 
To avoid extra work on you, it may be a WinWord version could be provided
and we could navigate only through chanes.
