I will do the following

I suggest to take out of the schedule the DAI WG meeting on Thursday am.

I have asked them if they really are meeting in Rome, and I got no 
response from the chair.

In case they really meet the whole week, they will be 2 maximum 3 persons. 
We can surely handle this on site 

We can inform ASI that we need a maximum of 12 rooms
