You can only book the hotel until Saturday 9th April with the block rate

As the CESG meeting will end on 11th April 6 pm and we need to stay 
overnight to flight back on Tuesday 12th April

please ask the hotel to extend (for the CESG) the block booking until 12th 
April 2016
