[CESG] Some updates needed after CESG meeting

Dear all,

There are some updates that are needed in the CCSDS Organization, after 
the decisions taken at the last CESG meeting 

SIS Area
Kiyohisa Suzuki/JAXA is Deputy Chair of Delay Tolerant Networking Working 
Group

MOIMS Area
David Giarretta (UKSA) is Chair of Data Archive Ingestion Working Group 
(replacing Daniele Boucon).
DAI WG Deputy Chair is currently vacant
Sam Cooper/ESA is Deputy Chair of Spacecraft Monitoring and Control 
Working Group, replacing Mehran Sarkarati

SLS Area
Ken Andrews (NASA/JPL) is Deputy Chair of Space Link Coding and 
Synchronization Working Group

SOIS Area 
Deterministic Subnetwork BoF (white square) is not indicated in the CCSDS 
technical Organization layout
Acting Chair            Glenn Rakow (NASA)
Acting Deputy Chair     Marco Rovatti (ESA) 

Please, it would be great if you update the CWE
