[CESG] Presentation on Functional Resource Model

Thanks for taking a look.   A correction will depend a bit upon whether or not the functional resource model has configuration parameters such that this is essentially a pass through function (but that is not necessarily the best conformance to the spirit of the model).  It may be that a slight re-drawing is in order. Let me do a bit of checking and I will get back to you.

Hi Gippo,

I'm missing the point you are trying to make.  I see your highlighted item, but just what is the "clear big mistake"?  Is it just that it should read "TC Synch and Channel Coding"?
