I’ll prepare my comments for tomorrow.

As for next time, I suggest that we do not send them the materials ahead of time, or if we do that we state, up front, that we will review and reply to questions only after the presentation is made.  That way there is some hope of:

  1.  Removing the “hurry up and answer me” aspects of this
  2.  Having one integrated set of comments from the CMC to reply to
  3.  Getting to do it in a reasonable length of time instead of in a rush

Nestor,

I am out of the office, attending a memorial for my aunt who passed away.  I cannot take the time to answer this random set of out of order, hurry up and reply, questions .

I would prefer that we gather all the inputs from the CMC and give them a more thoughtful, integrated, reply after the meeting.

Please find attached the CESG report to the CMC

It is delivered 1 week prior to the CMC meeting in Brasil, in order that you have enough time to review it and send comments / questions to the CESG,  at the latest by Monday 25th April 12:00 hrs CET.

This will improve the logistics of the CESG - CMC joint meeting via webex with all ADs/DADs participating remotely.
