Nestor,

I am out of the office, attending a memorial for my aunt who passed away.  I cannot take the time to answer this random set of out of order, hurry up and reply, questions .

I would prefer that we gather all the inputs from the CMC and give them a more thoughtful, integrated, reply after the meeting.

I am not sure how you will close the loop for the items which are not just editorial:
-          Will you send me replies to each question ?
-          Will you just update the presentation ?
-          Will you answer verbally during the presentation ?
-          A combination of the above (of course).

Dear CMC members

Please find attached the CESG report to the CMC

It is delivered 1 week prior to the CMC meeting in Brasil, in order that you have enough time to review it and send comments / questions to the CESG,  at the latest by Monday 25th April 12:00 hrs CET.

This will improve the logistics of the CESG - CMC joint meeting via webex with all ADs/DADs participating remotely.



The document has also been uploaded to the CESG CWE private area/meetings/spring 2016/cesg report to CMC
