[CESG] Area report for CESG report to CMC

Nestor,

An updated CSS Area report for CMC has been uploaded to the CWE.  This takes into account the comments received at Monday's CESG meeting.  To avoid confusion the earlier version of the report has been deleted from the CWE.  It is 15 slides if you do not count the title slide.
