you propose to add Orange Books in the list of "Document Type<javascript:/> : 3-Existing Recommended Standards / Practices" but I fear this could be misleading giving the impression that orange books defined mandatory procedures.
Why not asking Brian to modify the second type heading from "Document Type<javascript:/> : 2-Existing Informational Reports" to "Document Type<javascript:/> : 2-Existing Informational Reports and Experimental Specifications"?
I would find this more appropriate.
