[CESG] Update of CCSDS on-line startegic plan + WG Charters + CWE Projects

Dear ADs / DADs

I would like to inform you about the CESG Chairs activities in the last 2 
weeks of September 2015 wrt the online strategic plan, CWE charters and 
Projects. 

For the sake of completeness, I also include below the planned CMC review 
and the where-abouts for its discussion at the next CMC / CESG joint 
meeting

Background
Every WG Chair had to review her/his charter and associated Projects (due 
date 31st August 2015)
Every AD has updated in-production and included / updated  future Projects 
in the CWE
Every AD has distributed the Area changes (word file with track changes 
on) to the CESG for comments. SEA text will be delivered asap.
CESG Comments to the updated text will be completed at the latest by 11th 
Sept 2015 cob

CESG Chairs activities from 14th until 30th Sept 2015
Consistency cross check of
Online strategic plan
Area Goals
WG Charters
Existing GBs, BBs, MBs aligned to the latest published version
In production  GBs, BBs, MBs aligned to the Area approved Projects
Future GBs, BBs, MBs aligned with the Area Draft Projects
Release  of on-line strategic plan  + CWE Charters + CWE Projects for CMC 
review by 1st October 2015

CMC Review
CMC will carry out a full E2E review (online strategic plan, CWE WG 
charters, CWE Projects) from 1st Oct until 30th October 2015. 
CMC will deliver to the CESG a set of consolidated / integrated comments 
at the latest by 30th Oct 2015 cob

CESG activities from 2nd Nov 2015 until 13th Nov 2015
CESG will have 1 week (prior to the Darmstadt technical meeting) to 
evaluate the comments.
Every AD / DAD will have the opportunity to discuss the CMC comments with 
the WG Chairs during the technical meeting at Darmstadt
CESG will consolidate all responses during the CESG meeting on 13th Nov 
2015

CMC / CESG Joint meeting 
The discussion of the updated CCSDS Strategy Plan, associated charters and 
Projects will be held during 16th Nov 2015 (full afternoon) .
