Secretariat:

SIS-R-2015-03-002
Recognizing that the IOAG-CCSDS Product Agreements List<http://cwe.ccsds.org/fm/Lists/Projects/IOAG.aspx> contains a project for a CCSDS Blue book entitled 'BP Network Management<http://cwe.ccsds.org/fm/_layouts/listform.aspx?PageType=4&ListId=%7bBC2D6E0F-3242-46E3-A13D-3D907343AF44%7d&ID=202&ContentTypeID=0x0100B63160D64FE81342BE42A874DE7E703D>' and considering that:

1) the CCSDS Framework contains a project entry for "Single-Agency Network Management Requirements for BP<http://cwe.ccsds.org/fm/_layouts/listform.aspx?PageType=4&ListId=%7bBC2D6E0F-3242-46E3-A13D-3D907343AF44%7d&ID=201&ContentTypeID=0x0100B63160D64FE81342BE42A874DE7E703D>"

2) the SIS-DTN WG believes that resources are better spent on a network management blue book, with explanatory material in section 2 of such a book

the SIS Area resolves to request initiation of a CMC poll for the removal / retirement of the CCSDS Project for "Single-Agency Network Management Requirements for BP<http://cwe.ccsds.org/fm/_layouts/listform.aspx?PageType=4&ListId=%7bBC2D6E0F-3242-46E3-A13D-3D907343AF44%7d&ID=201&ContentTypeID=0x0100B63160D64FE81342BE42A874DE7E703D>".

NOTE: A request for the formation of a DRAFT project to produce the Network Management Blue book once resources are available will follow.
