The following resolution has been approved by SOIS  AD.

SOIS-APP WG-R-2015-03-05, Resolution concerning approval of project 
resources for the SOIS Area, 
  
CONSIDERING that the approved charter of the SOIS APPs  WG includes as one 
of its goals the development of an Electronics data sheets and a common 
dictionary of terms 
  
and RECOGNISING that adequate resources for the start of the project has 
been granted by NASA (chair) ESA contributor

REQUESTS that the CCSDS Secretariat initiate a CMC poll for approval of 
the resources for the Project  Electronic data sheets and common 
dictionary  of terms ? overview and rational? as defined in the CWE 
framework.

SOIS-WIR WG-R-2015-03-06, Resolution concerning approval of project 
resources for the SOIS Area, 
  
CONSIDERING that the approved charter of the SOIS WIR WG includes as one 
of its goals the specification of a wireless communication standard on 
RFID tag encoding for inventory management and control and sensing
  
and RECOGNISING that adequate resources for the start of the project has 
been granted by NASA (chair) FSA contributor
  
REQUESTS that the CCSDS Secretariat initiate a CMC poll for approval of 
the resources for the Project RFID Tag Encoding Standard For Space 
Applications as defined in the CWE framework.
