[CESG] CWE Draft Projects

Dear all,

The implementation of the action shown below is more difficult than 
initially foreseen.

CMC-A-2014-11-10
Secretariat was instructed to work on the issue regarding draft projects 
that need modifiable, non-mandatory dates in the Framework. Once a project 
is submitted and approved, the start date should be frozen. Inform CESG 
Chair when complete.

Action: Secretariat
Due Date: 31 December 2014
Status: Open

Therefore the CESG can not start the update of the Projects in the CWE 
(current, pending and drafts) prior to the Spring 15 meeting

Experience shows that we need a technical meeting to discuss / co-ordinate 
this at WG and Area level.(i.e. it will be done in the Fall 15 meeting)

CMC-A-2014-11-11
After the prior action (CMC-A-2014-11-10), the CESG Chair was instructed 
to notify the WG chairs to update the charters and projects, including the 
draft projects.

Action: CESG Chair
Due Date: 15 January 2015
Status: Open

We will propose new due dates for both actions.

The discussion with the CMC on the "big pictures" has probably to be 
shifted to Spring 2016. This will be discussed during the CMC meeting at 
Nagano, Japan.
