[CESG] First Draft CESG Report to CMC

Dear all,

Please find attached (and also uploaded into CWE) the first draft of our 
Spring 2015 report to the CMC

As the CESG was half renewed, I would like to ask to the "oldies" to 
presnt a close to completion Area's presentation during the CESG meeting 
to be held on 30th March . Although we have 1.5 months after the CESG to 
have the final version for the CMC, I would appreciate if we make an 
effort to ease the understanding of the new members.
