[CESG] Follow up on CESG discussion of SANA and registry changes

I had a look at the SANA YB.

My recommendation is that you produce a new version of the YB with tracked 
changes. We can then start a CESG poll for its review.

In parallel, you can send  the other 2 docs

SCID Blue Book, CCSDS 320x0b6c1_mods
The MACAO Blue Book, CCSDS 630x0b1_mods

to the ADs / DADs that own them, such that the related WGs can incorporate 
the doc (i.e. a new Project) in its plan of work and allocate the needed 
resources and associated schedules.
