[CESG] Use of the terms Expert Groups in Areas and Project Development

We could not address the above mentioned issue in our last CESG webex 
because nobody remembered the discussion originated during the SEA 
presentation.

Please can you remind us ?. such that we can discuss it in the next webex 
on 13th March 2015
