[CESG] Potential new particiapnts in the next CESG meeting

Dear all,

As you may know the CMC is discussing internally the nomination of 2 new 
ADs (MOIMS, SOIS) and 3 new DADs (SEA, MOIMS, SOIS). 

Considering that the CMC poll approval will not arrive in time for the 
nominees to make the related travel arrangements,
I, as CESG chair, will invite them to the meeting, such that they can 
start asap with the travel logistics (staying until 30th March 2015 cob).

I did already invite the SEA DAD candidate, for whom there is currently no 
controversy.

I will do the same with the remaining candidates, once an agreement is 
reached at CMC level (coming soon)
