I have included the new charts added in the last version of the SOIS 
report (in particular the personal changes), but there is still some 
homework for you

Please raise immediately the following resolutions

Nomination of APP WG Deputy Chair, Richard Melvin
Nomination of WIR WG Chair, K. Gifford
Nomination of WIR WG Deputy Chair, Yuriy Sheynin 

@ Brian: Please issue the CESG resolutions asap with due date by 8th May 
2015
