[CESG] Organization of the presentation to the CMC on 19th May 2015

Dear all,

Please find a table with the timing of the CESG presentation to the CMC. 

Area sequence is organized trying to optimise your time zones. Depending 
on Peter's availability, we can still change it, because Hiroshi will 
participate at Nagano.



Please let me know your views asap.

I have asked CMC comments in advanced, such that we can respond and update 
the presentation prior to the meeting. This will facilitate your potential 
non show-up

I have assumed the following

Keith will present from WAS. @ Keith (or Tomaso): Please confirm that you 
will present SIS Area Report. Otherwise CESG Chairs will do
Rick will present from WAS (it is very inconvenient for Martin). & Rick:  
Please confirm that you will present SOIS Area Report. @ Martin: If you 
want to present please let me know
Peter will present from LA. @ Peter (or Hiroshi): Please confirm that you 
will present SEA Area Report. Otherwise CESG Chairs will do
Erik will present from LA @ Erik (or Margherita): Please confirm that you 
will present CSS Area Report. Otherwise CESG Chairs will do
CESG Chairs will present from Nagano MOIMS report (it is very inconvenient 
for Brigitte and Mario) @ Brigitte / Mario: If you want to present please 
let us know
CESG Chairs will present from Nagano SLS report (it is very inconvenient 
for Gippo and Gilles) @ Gippo / Gilles: If you want to present please let 
us know
