The CMC has already approved all the new requested Projects (see below) .
No new poll is needed.
The problem was that when announcing the results of CMC polls closing the
3rd April 2015, only 2 out of 3 polls were communicated. The CSTS poll was
omitted, and therefore the confusion.

The CCSDS Management Council,
CONSIDERING that the 3.06 Cross Support Transfer Services Working Group
has submitted a new projects listed in the attachments,
and ACKNOWLEDGING that the projects are for pink sheet updates for the
existing SLE recommendations,
and ACKNOWLEDGING that the responsible Area Director has reviewed the
submissions,
AUTHORIZES the 3.06 Cross Support Transfer Services Working Group to
proceed with work on the identified project with the associated timelines
and resources indicated.

CSS-R-2015-04-001, Resolution concerning creation of projects for update
of the SLE Blue books: Forward Command Link Transmission Unit, Forward
Space Packet, Return All Frames, Return Channel Frames, Return Operational
Control Field
The CSS Area,
CONSIDERING that the existing set of Space Link Extension Blue Books,
namely Space Link Extension ? Forward CLTU Service Specification
912.1.-B-3, Space Link Extension ? Forward Space Packet Service
Specification 912.3-B-2, Space Link Extension ? Return All Frames Service
Specification 911.1-B-3, Space Link Extension ? Return Channel Frames
Service Specification 911.2-B-2, and Space Link Extension ? Return
Operational Control Field Service Specification 911.5-B-2 are all
well-established CCSDS recommendations;
and CONSIDERING that CCSDS procedure is to periodically consider and
perform updates to its recommendations as needed;
and RECOGNIZING that the updates for the recommendations have been
identified and that the updates are of a pink sheet nature only and that
prototyping is not required;
and RECOGNIZING that appropriate resources to perform the updates have
been identified to perform the updates
REQUESTS that the CCSDS Secretariat initiate CMC polls, in accordance with
CCSDS processes and procedures, for creations of the following projects:
1) SLE - Forward CLTU Service Specification. Blue Book : B-3 Update
2) SLE - Forward Space Packet Service Specification. Blue Book : B-2
Update
3) SLE - Return All Frames Service Specification. Blue Book: B-3 Update
4) SLE - Return Channel Frames Service Specification. Blue Book: B-2
