[CESG] FW: Clearing CESG Poll conditions on SIS-MIA Book

Tom,

Attached are a modified version of the SIS-MIA draft Blue book, and the email from Peter assenting to the changes made to address his CESG poll conditions.

The major changes are:


1)      Removal of normative description of DTN as a transport mechanism

2)      Removal of normative description of Motion JPEG2000

I would think that the changes are significant enough that they MIGHT warrant another agency review, but I'd also be completely happy if such is not required.

Hi Keith,

I am willing to accept these changes as the resolution to the conditions.

Since all you did was remove material I do not believe that you need to go out for another agency review, but Tom will make the call on that.

Peter,

Rodney changed the MIA book to remove DTN and Motion JPEG2000 per your conditions from the CESG Poll to Publish.  The updated document is attached.

The substantive changes are:

*        Remove all normative reference to streaming Motion JPEG 2000

*        Remove all normative reference to streaming video over BP

Do these satisfy your conditions?  If so I'll resubmit the document; I believe the changes are enough to require another Agency Review.
