[CESG] Upload of your Area report to produce the CESG Report to CMC

Dear all,

I would like to request that you upload your Area report to CMC at the 
latest by 17th April 2015 cob

SLS and MOIMS reports have already been uploaded.  Please try to have as 
maximum 20 charts for your Area. SLS has 27 but some streamlining is still 
possible to reduce it at 22 or 23. MOIMS has 19 charts.

I will consolidate the whole CESG report (except the items brought to the 
CMC attention that will have a separate power-point presentation) and 
distribute it for comments by April 21st cob. ADs / DADs comments will be 
received until Friday 24th April cob.

I will then distribute the report to the CMC on 27th April 2015, asking 
for their comments at the latest by Wednesday 6th May cob, such the ADs 
have the possibility to respond prior to the CMC meeting on 19th May 2015. 
Do not forget that many ADs / DADs will even not participate by webex / 
telecon.

Be aware that some CMC members are also participating in the IOAG / Space 
Ops meeting during the week 11th - 15th May 2015.
