Two comments
SIS Issues - Gippo   should say SLS and not SIS
At sentence
=> may need to suggest getting the SFCG to take on the job of handling 
frequency alloc at Moon and Mars.
Add:   this is normally done through SLS-RFM that is contact point for 
SFCG related matters
