Procedure Update with consensus
PS and TG will prepare a redlined version of the Proc & Org YB including 
the consensus agreements. This redlined version will be distributed to the 
CESG for pre-checking, before delivering it to the CMC at the latest by 
7th Nov 2014.

SANA Registries for Orange Books
No SANA registries are required for OB. Proc & Org YB / SANA YB have to be 
cross-checked accordingly..
