This is Mario's response on the lack of bindings for http, AMS and XML

Mario made a call to all member agencies in the SM&C WG in March 2014 to 
propose the most urgent ground-to-ground binding technologies. NASA did 
not reply. The action is still open, so please ask Peter to instruct the 
NASA representative (Lindolfo or Dan) to respond to this effect.

Certainly, there is a general interested in http and XML. However, it 
would be nice if NASA could support these BBs concretely.

For AMS, JSC has done already prototypes and if NASA is interested, they 
should just propose it and nominate themselves book captain (+ prototype1)
