Keith,
      as this is an update of the existing book "CCSDS 706.1-G-1     Motion
Imagery and Applications. Green Book. Issue 1. November 2010.", I think that
all CESG reviewers would appreciate a version with tracked changes.
Would SIS or Tom do that?
