The SIS Area, on the recommendation from the SIS Working Group, resolves (SIS-R-2014-05-001) to submit the attached Bundle Protocol (BP) for CCSDS Book for Red-3 Agency Review.  The Red-2 RIDS have been addressed and concurred to during working group meetings and via email as documented in the attached excel spreadsheet.
