Grandfather Projects
Leave approved Projects as they are, and ask for approval of resources
(via CMC Poll) once Project needs to start

Overlaps
The Overlap spreadsheet from 2011 was reviewed by EB and PS. After a
lengthy discussion was agreed that PS/EB will update the list,
including a priority column
closing the closed overlaps
take out the items for collaboration and place them in a different table
adding new overlaps (e.g. wireless in SLS RF&M AND SOIS Wireless)

Consensus
PS's updated text was discussed. An agreement was reached and PS will
re-issue the text. PS has agreed to removing the clauses relating to
having blocks based on group principles and resolution of blocks. However,
he remains concerned that we have provided no guidance vis-a-vis the
options of "concur, stand aside, or block." In this case he has chosen to
"stand aside".
