Proc & Org YB (Peter Shames)
Propose a limited re-arrangement of Consensus description text for greater 
clarity
Propose Consensus Guidelines for Annex
Potential Overlap Issues ( Erik Barkley & al)
Status of Document Editor Queue
Status of polls with conditions
Grandfather Projects:  (active ones not yet started and with no resources) 
 will require CMC approval before starting work
