[CESG] Two proposed items for CESG Agenda

Dear All,
        I would like to propose two (short duration, I hope) items for 
next CESG Agenda:
1) Publication Time for Green Books: is absolute priority the best scheme?
2) New Projects: CWE Project creation time and Concept Papers inclusion 
among polls documentation.
