MOIMS-SMC WG-R-2014-01-04, Resolution recommending the issue for 3rd 
Agency Review of CCSDS 522.1-R-3 MISSION OPERATIONS MONITOR AND CONTROL 
SERVICES

The MOIMS Area,

CONSIDERING that the last Agency review caused some important changes to 
the submitted RB
CONSIERING that all RIDs have been successfully addressed with the 
agreement of the RIDs? author. 

and RECOGNIZING that all steps recommended by the CCSDS procedures (also 
including SANA, patent and Security Sections) have been successfully 
concluded and that this document has the approval of the SMC WG Chair and 
the full endorsement of the MOIMS AD

RECOMMENDS that the CCSDS Engineering Steering Group Chair initiates the 
required CESG poll for its approval  for Agency review
