Strategic Plan update 
MOIMS, SLS, SIS and SOIS are done. PS/EB to respond to Nestor mail request
New version for CESG review will be ready next WE
CESG to comment for 1.5 weeks
Delivery to CMC on 24th Feb
Presentation at ESTEC on standards (8th April pm) 
It is proposed to make a CESG presentation (30' general + 20'per Area) to 
a wide ESTEC audience on 8th April pm at ESTEC. It shall be considered as 
an outreach activity. Logistics will be agreed within the CESG during Feb 
/ Mar 2014
IOAG meeting + ICPA 
IOAG 18. NP to distribute presentation. Top 10 priorities expected from 
IOAG
Projects schedule 
ADs / WGs Chairs to update Projects behind schedule. NP to send reminder 
to CESG-ALL
Org&Proc YB update 
Parallel CESG / CMC polling on going closing 17th Feb 2014
Consensus achievement process 
PS presented his proposed changes wrt consensus. It was agreed to further 
discuss it at the next physical CESG meeting. PS will prepare 2 options 
(w/o and with appeal + procedure). Relationship between consensus and 
voting has also to be addressed

The CSA Doc can be used as starting point. NP will ask SM&C and SOIS if 
they can produce similar diagrams representing the SM&C / SOIS stack at 
the application layer.
