[CESG] CCSDS issues to IOAG

Dear all,

As IOAG CCSDS liaison., I would like to send the following items to the 
IOAG for its discussion during the next IOAG mini meeting during Space Ops 
2014

@ Erik / Margherita: Please deliver the right formulation to me by Monday 
14th April cob 
Forward File Service / Return File Service
The exact scope needs to be discussed with IOAG. Closing the loop in the 
Ground-Stations appears today not to be a desired operational approach 
(COP-1 & CFDP).
Nestor's  question: Do we need to consider  both approaches ? i.e. closing 
the loop at Ground Station, at MOC or at both sides 

Return Unframed Telemetry Service
There is an ANSI standard (ANSI/AIAA S-124-2007) that refines the RAF SLE 
service. As an ANSI standard exist, IOAG should confirm the needs for a 
CSTS Service.


Cross Support for Scheduling of Services: There is a need to register the 
Ground Station / Antenna in SANA. Can IOAG also use these Registries for 
its own use ?
