An extension for missing Area section (SEA, SOIS, SLS) delivery was 
agreed. CSS will also have the time to align to the suggested template. 
New due date :27th Sept 2013

If no inputs are received from 1 or more Areas by the due date (27th Sept 
2013), I will personally do the changes by 30th Sept 2013


I will then broadcast a new issue of the Strategic Plan on 30th Sept 2013 
to CESG-all, giving the chance to every WG chair to review it. Comments 
due date will be 18th Oct 2013.
