[CESG] Can we put a quick discussion of the SSI Architecture Document on the agenda for the telecon?

Dear all

I propose to have a first discussion of this issue at the next webex 
conference (22nd Oct) and subsequent ones during the San Antonio meeting 
(SIS WG meeting + CESG)

Once (and if) the CESG agrees on the "way forward" we need to discuss it 
with the IOAG (in case of major changes proposed to the document). 

We should noted that IOAG has delegated the doc (with an agreed content 
within their organization) to the CCSDS
