Dear all,

I would like to have a webex telecon prior to San Antonio to discuss

  *   Procedures YB
  *   Project Resources. Can resources influence or not CESG Polls?
  *   Project  schedule (in particular “bad projects” with long delays)
  *   ICPA

such that we can take the 3 last points from the CESG physical meeting

Potential dates are as follows (sorry but I am involved in the Galileo Operational Review during 14th/15th/16th/23rd/24th October)

  *   17th Oct
  *   21st Oct
  *   22nd Oct
