[CESG] Next CESG webex telecon

I would like to have a webex telecon prior to San Antonio to discuss 

Procedures YB
Project Resources. Can resources influence or not CESG Polls?
Project  schedule (in particular ?bad projects? with long delays)
ICPA

such that we can take the 3 last points from the CESG physical meeting

Potential dates are as follows (sorry but I am involved in the Galileo 
Operational Review during 14th/15th/16th/23rd/24th October)

21st Oct
22nd Oct
