[CESG] Delivery of Proc YB to CMC

Tom,

After having received Peter's and Erik's positive opinions and 
understanding that Keith would not pose any contradictory opinion, I 
believe that you can deliver both YBs to the CMC

Gilles sent you some editorials, and Peter submitted 3 points
consensus               to be discussed in webex on 18th Dec  and not to 
be included in YB delivery to CMC
abstain         ditto
one word addition       but Gippo has a comment on that

I hope you can deliver the docs today as originally planned during the 
CESG physical meeting
