[CESG] Proc YB options

Dear all,

I received only some responses about the way forward

I repeat the options with a clarification for Option B

Option A: YBs is not delivered to the CMC. CESG will discuss the consensus 
definition during the next CESG webex on 18th Nov 2013
Option B: We send the YBs as issued by Tom (including the received 
editorial corrections) to the CMC. CESG will discuss the consensus 
definition during the next CESG webex on 18th Nov 2013

There is no guarantee that we can reach an agreement during our first 
discussion, and the subh=ject needs to be discussed in the next webex 
during 2014 (e.g. end Jan and beginning March 2014)
