Nestor,

You are correct.  We agreed that minor charter changes can be done with just AD approval but that new projects still require CMC approval.

I thought we also agreed that the CESG would be notified when there were any charter of project changes, but I am not fidning that in the revised Org & Proc doc.

I'll resend the resolution, appropriately edited.

We agreed, at the last CESG meeting, when discussing the Proc YB modifications, that only the AD needs to approve the Projects prior to CMC poll

Is an update of the D-DOR charter needed ?
