Dear all,

Thank you for your patience during the last couple of days; I have been discussing with CCSDS ESA representatives about how to organise the CCSDS SOIS Wireless Working Group meeting without NASA, having had their travel plans cancelled due to the new American Sequestration Rule. It has to be reminded that the presence of NASA is paramount to these meetings.

It has been decided that without the physical participation of NASA to the Wireless Working Group meeting in Bordeaux, ESA will not send its representative to the meeting and by the implications of this decision, I am forced to officially cancel the WWG meeting of Bordeaux.

The Core members of the WWG will organise an ad-hoc teleconference to ensure the proper closure of the Green Book Update project in the shortest delays.

As the Chairman of this group, I must transmit my sincere apologies to the registered participants who engaged themselves with travel plans in order to participate to this meeting.
