MOIMS-SMC WG-R-2012-01-007, Resolution recommending the issue for Agency 
Review of CCSDS 524.1-R-0 MISSION OPERATIONS MESSAGE ABSTRACTION LAYER - 
SPACE PACKET BINDING

The MOIMS Area,

CONSIDERING that the RB has been submitted to the CESG Ballot (close date 
14Dec12) in order to start the Agency Review. During this ballot, the SIS 
AD (K. Scott) has disapproved the document with comments. These comments, 
together with those raised by other ADs, had all been successfully 
addressed with the agreement of the comments? author. The link below 
correspond to the document that includes the changes (with change bars)

and RECOGNIZING that all steps recommended by the CCSDS procedures (also 
including SANA, patent and Security Sections) have been successfully 
concluded and that this document has the approval of the SMC WG Chair and 
the full endorsement of the MOIMS AD

RECOMMENDS that the CCSDS Engineering Steering Group Chair initiates the 
required CESG poll for its approval  for Agency review
