[CESG] XML Standards & Guidelines Special Interest Group (SEA-XSG) Updates

Dear XML SIG Colleagues,

The XML Standards and Guidelines SIG (XSG) has been reinstated on the CCSDS web site and as a SIG listed under the System Engineering Area.  All of you who are in the To: list are nominally members, and I hope you can join us for the kick-off meeting during the CCSDS working meetings week.   If there are members of other Working Groups who are using, or plan to use, XML please join us.

We plan to have this meeting on Tuesday, 16 April, from 1700-1900.  Yes, I know it is late, but that is the only way we can have this meeting without colliding with other commitments.

If you have not yet joined the SEA-XSG mailing list please do so, we will use it for correspondence in the future.  Also, if you have any materials that you wish to make available as background please put them out in the CWE web site that has been re-enabled (see below).

Per request, I have resurrected the Standards & Guidelines Special Interest Group (SEA-XSG) online.

  1.  Updated the CWE Homepage – Http://cwe.ccsds.org/
  2.  Created a SEA CWE Page – http://cwe.ccsds.org/sea/default.aspx#_SEA-XSG
  3.  Moved the old files back into the "open" area. - http://cwe.ccsds.org/sea/docs/
  4.  Reenabled the mailing list - sea–xsg at mailman.ccsds.org<mailto:xsg at mailman.ccsds.org> – You are both admins
