[Secretariat] [CESG] Awareness when issuing Area resolutions

Nestor,

Thank you for bringing this to everyone's attention.  Tom and myself do handle a majority of the polls, but sometimes other members of the Secretariat fill in.

I would suggest that the CESG send all resolutions to the Secretariat Mailing list secretariat at mailman.ccsds.org.  Tom and myself are both members of this list.  This will ensure that everyone in the Secretariat is fully aware of the resolution.
