SLS-R-2013-05-002 (PCOM-WG) SLS Resolutions to CESG 
The Space Link services Area, 
CONSIDERING that the Planetary Communications (PCOM) BoF reached consensus 
for creating a Planetary Communications (PCOM) Working Group and, as 
required by CCSDS A02.1-Y-3, produced the following documents   White 
Paper describing WG purpose and goals, 
                Draft WG Charter for approval, 
                Concept Paper for a Green Book on Planetary 
Communications, 
                Draft CWE project for the above mentioned Green Book 
RESOLVES to request CESG/CMC to approve the creation of the Planetary 
Communications (PCOM) Working Group 
RECOMMENDS that the CESG approves this resolution, and finally 
REQUESTS that a CESG poll be conducted to accomplish this.
